First day back at college Today – My golly !!!!!!! I’m So EXHAUSTED !!!!!!!!
5.30 wakeup, shit weather, long-az 2 hour bus trip, shoes that don’t match my outfit, and I’m finally there ! Within the first 2 hours of class we received 3 assessments already and that’s when it all kicks in – BAM – it’s almost like I never even had a 2 month Summer break. It’s all back to normal – the beauty of reality… LIFE ! Carrying my little BUM pillow with me I was kind of relieved. ( for those of you who’ve just joined my blog – long story short i had a spinal surgery – cyst on the tailbone – recovery is going to take about a year, therefore bum pillow doesn’t sound to bad loll ) Although, the main one is tomorrow – same thing – all day – first class of major project – So many questions running through my head ! I wander what brief we’ll get ? Will i find it easy? Will it be a struggle ? What kind of colour palette is it ? Summer or Winter couture ? OMG its valentines day and i finish class at 6.30 pm by the time i get home what mood will i be in ? – see !!!! It just won’t stop.
Something to look forward to – I came home and turned on the TV – Guess what i saw ? The revenge Tease !!! *squeals with excitement*

After a very long wait and anxiously wandering WHEN THE HELL ITS GOING TO START, it’s FINALLY HERE !!!!!!
The Trailer instantly hooks you in with Coldplay’s “Paradise” and the protagonist’s dialogue in the background, it looks soooooooooo gooddd !!!

All my life here in Sydney (born and raised) , summer has always been my favourite time of the year. However, this year it has been absolutely horrible ! Plenty of rain, thunder and clouds – nothing too gorgeous about that as we see enough of that during winter – Weather, you’ve officially disappointed me !
Think I’m overreacting ? Well,we usually get temperatures in the high 30’s, maybe a 40 on a few odd days – plenty of beach, Tanning, scorching heat and humidity BUT its been the complete opposite !
It hailed yesterday ( in summer – what the hell?) AND there was a blackout so my dear Weather, if by any chance you get a hold of this blog post (HIGHLY UNLIKELY – impossible), I’d like you to get your shit together because I think I’d have a crazy little breakdown if you decide to have a thundery tantrum during my show tonight ! hahahaha

So It’s the day before the shoot and I am madly getting everything done !
TLOR HQ is looking like quite a fashion jungle right now with clothing, hats,and makeup all scattered around the office !
We FINALLY Finished the final piece for our collection yesterday – The “High-Rollers Leggings” *sigh of relief*. They are an awesome pair of DECENT Super High Waist Leggings that can be paired with a killer pair of heels and a midriff, grunged up with a bustier and a leather jacket or maybe even paired with a cute dress. What your style ? There are just so many looks, trends and cultures you can satisfy with just one pair of leggings !
I just cannot wait to share the whole collection with you !
I’m sure you’ve seen the photographs from my men’s and women’s marking day but what you haven’t seen are the new pieces added to the collection. So I know there hasn’t been much action on behalf of Summer in Australia But the Final Month of Summer will soon fade into Autumn. If you haven’t already noticed, the trends in store are shifting to Burgundies, Reds, Tangelo type shades(orange-reds), eggplant colours – deep purples, liver reds and browns, mustard yellows, pure whites, bursting Blues and as always our beautiful BLACK. It’s going to be a wonderfully colourful wardrobe this coming Fall/winter.
Having completed my fall/winter collection, I’ve started to grow a new love for these shades ( p.s the photo-shoot will be taking place this weekend so watch this space for some awesome pictures from the new FALL/WINTER 2012 RATAVOSI collection) However, one colour that has made its snug way into my wardrobe this summer would have to be ORANGE !
I was going through my wardrobe, bits and pieces of the Ladakh/Anise collections, new and old Glamour, and Sportsgirl – and noticed I have matching tops, Bags and even shoes !
Unlike Orange, My favourite colour of all time, Turquoise, has had a hard time making it there ! I guess I’ve been FAR TOO PICKY ! Not too worry though as it’s still within the palette’s in the coming seasons !

Woke up this morning and let’s be honest – who didn’t want to go back to bed with the weather being so S#!t ????? As you could of imagined what was supposed to be a bright summer awakening started to feel like a rather sluggish wintery morning! BUT that didn’t necessarily mean a fun days of work wasn’t about to begin.
Here at T.L.O.R head quarters I have been busy expanding the RATAVOSI men’s and women’s collection with additional women’s looks for our Amore Amore Photo-shoot.
I’ve been crazily sourcing props and accessories from all over the place as well as locations to give the right touch to all our looks.
In fact, Perfect Timing for Valentine’s Day !!!!
Mid last week, I ordered a cute red wide brimmed hat and some cat eye sunnies to go with the “midnight rendezvous dress” (oh and a pair of white ear muffs JUST FOR FUN hahaha)– what felt like a knock and run today, brightened mine and my best friends day.
2 brown parcels from ASOS… oh yes oh yess !! Happily tearing apart the boxes, there they were ! It always feels so exciting and rewarding when you get a parcel at the door, I love the feeling, it almost feels like it’s your birthday ha !
And well knowing the two of us ( the usual ) decided to do a silly little luvo session with the new pieces.
